OUR RETURNS POLICY
Returns requests must be notified within 14 days of receipt of your order and must then be sent to the brand within 14 days of a returns approval.
The return postage charge remains your responsibility unless an item is damaged or faulty. We recommend obtaining proof of postage as sellers cannot take responsibility for items that fail to reach them, or are insufficiently and/or not securely wrapped.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS!
Many of our brands have agreed to extend the usual limit for returns for the festive season. Qualifying products are clearly marked on the website.
All cancellable goods received between 15 November and 22 December 2020 (inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time before 10 January 2021. For all cancellable goods purchased on 23 December 2020 or after, our 14-day returns policy applies. Please notify us as soon as you know that you wish to return an item for exchange or refund.
