Meet the 'glittery country girl'
I was asked to describe myself, and my answer is a glittery country girl. I hope that my range of stationery and gifts reflects this. I am a mother of 2 beautiful children, wife to Stephen, and owner of 2 beautiful dogs and also Sally Day Stationery and gifts. I have a passion for the countryisde and for meeting people, providing an excellent service and selling good quality products. Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change. While we try and ensure that all prices on Sally Day Stationery are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error we shall inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel, and you have already paid for the goods or services, you will receive a full refund.
We offer a 14-day returns period for unused goods starting from the day after delivery.
If we have missed or sent the wrong product a claim must be made within 30 days of delivery.
We also offer a 30 day warranty for most goods starting the day after delivery.
However our warranty won’t cover items subjected to extreme use.
We do not impose a ‘re-stocking charge’ for returned goods.
The customer must take reasonable care of item that they wish to return.
Items that are returned showing signs of use will be sent back to you, without refund or exchange, unless they are proven to be faulty from the point of sale.
The customer will be responsible for any return costs.
If the goods supplied are faulty we will refund the full amount including P&P, providing the customer can conclusively prove this is a genuine circumstance.
When an order is being delivered by you are required to sign for the parcel, if you know that you will be absent during the day, Royal Mail will attempt delivery with a neighbour or hold at the local Post Office. Under no circumstances can the special delivery section of the purchase screen, be used to request the order to be left in secure locations like in the porch, shed or behind the bins. The special delivery section is strictly for instructions for the drivers if you have a narrow road, or their is a low bridge.
Please note it is not possible to exercise the right to cancel by refusing to sign for the parcel on arrival. Customers needs to exercise their right in writing or in another durable medium.
Do not refuse a delivery from the courier company as the cost involved in processing & return delivery fees amount to £15, this cost will be passed onto yourself as a customer, when it’ll be cheaper to accept the item and return via our standard returns procedures.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3 working days to appear in your account.If a request is made to change the address of an order after it is dispatched an extra charge of £9.95 may be incurred.
Unfortunately we are unable to sell scooters pre built to customers outside of the UK. Customers will be refunded if they try to do this.

Where there is a risk involved in using the products sold by Sally Day Stationery. it is strongly recommended that proper precautions are taken at all times when using the products sold.
All persons who use/wear products sold by Sally Day Stationery do so at their own risk and accept full liability of any consequences.
Sally Day Stationery and their owners/officers/directors/employees or representatives will not be held liable for any injury, accident, death, property damage or incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of products sold. You also agree to assume and accept all risks of serious bodily injury arising from the use of any products sold.
Customers are responsible for checking and maintaining the safety of products before use.
We reserve the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery.
